Return Eligibility:
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product is received damaged

• There is a wrong item delivered

Refunds:
Approved refund requests will be processed within 1-3 business days via original payment method.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Custom/bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
